The Visionary is the leader and ruler of everything and everyone in the Dreamscape. It falls upon the Visionary's shoulders to create the rules for the Nightmare Game, and to judge the dreamers.
Duties
The Visionary’s main purpose in the Dreamscape is to create and maintain the rules for the Nightmare Game, and to run it. While almost never leaving their headquarters in the top floor, the Visionary works through their second-in-command, the Previsionary.
